Tried to summarize Thiago Motta's football in a FM tactic - it's not perfect, it's not easy. Something is just not possible to achieve, but this as close as it gets while remaining viable/good in-game.

The inverted wingback on the left is inspired by Cambiaso (at Juventus) which will be Thiago Motta's next team.

Tested 3 times with 3 PL teams (1st,10th,20th), managed to hit 210 points 2 times, 197 points 1 time.
